Through ACE, you have access to no-cost programs that can help you sharpen your skills, earn certifications, and prepare for leadership roles—all at no cost to you!

  • Once approved, you can begin your fully funded online program. Most programs are designed to be completed in 6–18 weeks, at your own pace.

Who can enroll?

  • Associates with at least 120 days of service in the Ashford group of companies.
  • Can contract labor enroll? No, not at this time.

How do I enroll?

  • Visit myADP.com and click on the ACE Education Program link. Select a program, complete the ACE Education Request Form, get manager approval, and submit it to remu@remingtonhotels.com.

What is the role of leaders in the ACE program?

  • Leaders guide associates in their development, approve enrollments, and act as a resource.

Program Costs & Duration

  • Is there a cost to enroll? No, the ACE program is fully funded.
  • How long do the programs take? Programs range from 6 to 18 weeks, depending on the course.
  • Will I be paid for this during my shift? No, the ACE program is an individual development program and must be completed on personal time.

Access & Flexibility

  • How do I take the programs? Programs are accessible online and can be completed at your own pace.
  • Are the programs mobile-friendly? Yes, they can be accessed from various devices.
  • How many programs can I enroll in at once? One course at a time.

Program Completion

  • What happens if I don’t complete the program? Associates who do not complete a program may not be eligible for future programs.
  • Will the properties be billed for the program? No.

Program length and weekly time requirements vary. Many short courses can be completed in just a few hours per week, while longer degree programs may require 10–15 hours per week.

Most programs only require a computer or tablet with internet access. Some courses may have additional requirements, like a webcam or specific software, which will be listed in the program details.

This depends on your organization's education and tuition benefits policies. Be sure to consider the workload and your personal schedule. Some learners prefer to complete one program before starting another to stay focused.

Review the program overview, learning outcomes, and skills taught. If you’re unsure, consider starting with a shorter course in your field of interest to test the fit.

Support options vary by program and provider but may include instructor interaction discussion forums, and help desks for academic questions.
